We analyze our customer’s historical transportation data to determine the best possible transportation model for the specific business in review. We review all shipments and modes including LTL, Truckload, Intermodal and Expedited moves. - Step Two
Once the model is determined, we go to market to source the leading carriers in the lanes and areas that drive your business. We leverage your existing transportation spend with our extensive volume to gain discounted pricing targeted at your specific model. - Step Three
Once the carriers are sourced, we load them into our CompassTrak Transportation Management System (TMS). From here, you have access a web-based TMS portal that allows you to easily enter and dispatch shipments based on a least cost / best service approach to insure you get the best carrier at the lowest rate for every shipment. - Step Four
We manage the carriers for service and compliance. We audit and pay the carrier freight bills, then provide you with a single spreadsheet invoice with your weekly transportation activity.
