Sales teams can automatically access the portal for quoting, tracking and tracing capabilities. Customers are easily provided a web-link to track their specific shipment. - Carrier Rate Shopping
The CompassTrak web-portal allows you to easily quote and dispatch shipments based on a least cost / best service approach to insure you get the best carrier at the lowest rate for every shipment. Simply input the basic shipment details and our system instantly quotes all the carriers that serve the points entered. - Electronic Dispatch
Once carrier selection is made, one click will dispatch the carrier with confirmation notification. Another click gets your Bill of Lading and labels printed with carrier tracking number. Dispatching shipments has never been easier. - Accounting
Your management team will have access to the accounting portion of the web-portal to easily view shipment rates and payment history. All accounting information is available and our user profile setup can easily determine what level of access is granted to specific users. - EDI
